How to connect Basecamp 2 with TeamGantt

Link your account
In TeamGantt, go to Account Settings > Integrations and link your Basecamp projects. Then grant TeamGantt access to Basecamp 2. - STEP 2
Pick your projects
Under Manage Basecamp Projects, select the projects to sync, then choose to-dos, calendar events, or both. - STEP 3
Import your schedule
Select Import Project. Your to-dos land on the Gantt chart, and your Basecamp 2 users get invites to TeamGantt.

Frequently asked questions
Which version of Basecamp does TeamGantt integrate with?
TeamGantt integrates with Basecamp 2 only. It doesn't connect to Basecamp Classic, Basecamp 3, or later versions.
What syncs between Basecamp 2 and TeamGantt?
Basecamp 2 to-dos and calendar events sync into TeamGantt as tasks. After that, adding, removing, or rescheduling a task in TeamGantt updates the matching to-do in Basecamp 2, and new Basecamp 2 to-dos appear in TeamGantt automatically. Basecamp 2 allows one person per to-do, so only a task's first assignee syncs. Documents and files don't sync.
Do my Basecamp users need TeamGantt accounts too?
Yes. For the sync to work properly, import all your Basecamp 2 users when you set it up. Each one automatically gets an email invitation to TeamGantt.
Can I sync a project I've already built in TeamGantt to Basecamp?
Yes. It just takes an extra step.
First, create a new project in Basecamp and sync it with TeamGantt. Then, open both projects in TeamGantt and move the groups from your original project into the newly synced Basecamp project.
