Frequently asked questions

Does the Procore integration sync both ways?

No. The integration is one-way. Once it's set up, schedule changes in TeamGantt sync to Procore automatically, but changes made in Procore don't come back to TeamGantt.

Do I need to install anything in Procore?

Yes. Install the TeamGantt app from the Procore Marketplace under App Management. You'll need permission to install apps in your Procore company. Then connect from the Integrations page in TeamGantt.

Where does my schedule show up in Procore?

In the Schedule tab of the Procore project you connected.

Will this create duplicate tasks in Procore?

No. Each push updates the existing Procore schedule instead of creating a new one. Tasks already in Procore are updated, so anything linked to them stays intact. New tasks are added to the existing schedule as needed.

Can I sync more than one Procore project?

Yes. TeamGantt's Procore integration uses a 1-to-1 sync. Each TeamGantt project connects to one Procore project, so set up the connection for each project you want in Procore.

Can I match TeamGantt users to Procore resources?

Yes. Once a project is synced, open its Schedule tab in Procore, select the settings icon next to the project name, and go to User Permissions. Use the Resource column to map each TeamGantt user to a Procore resource.

What happens if I disconnect the integration?

Disconnecting stops future updates from pushing to Procore. Everything already in Procore stays where it is.

Update the schedule once, everywhere

Every change in TeamGantt syncs to Procore automatically, so everyone on the job sees the latest dates.
