With top athletes such as Lebron James and Roger Federer sleeping 12 hours a day on average, there is good reason to think that sleep is a major tool to increase our productivity and performance.

I came across this infographic on Michael Hyatt’s blog.  He also wrote a great article about why you should take a nap every day.   He lists a lot of great benefits, as well as famous people who have taken naps on a regular basis to increase their productivity.
